S.S. Constitutional Requirements for Presidential Candidates
Any person can run for the President of the Siam States if they meet these basic requirements set forth in our Constitution.
The president must:
- Be a natural born citizen of the Siam States
- Be at least 35 years old
- Be of any gender
- Reside in the Siam States for 15 years
- Graduate
- Be fluent in English
- Be independent of political parties and political organizations
Skill Requirements for Presidents
Anyone can become the President of the Siam States if they meets these basic skill requirements.
Presidential candidates must:
- Have high vision
- Have high integrity
- Have a deep understanding of sacrifice
- Be highly moral and ethic
- Be highly experienced

Explains the presidential election process from beginniming to end.
The First Step of the Presidential Election Process
All applicants must report to the Federal Election Commission of the family background of their parents and ancestors. Education and work experience, as well as what has been achieved and failed in life and work.
Second Step of the Presidential Election Process
For two months, details of all presidential candidates will be posted on Siam States Television Station, including all communication channels such as Youtube, Twitter and Facebook. Where people can study and learn about presidential candidates so they can vote for the right people.
First Round of Voting
After the public saw the presidential conadidates on all SS communiction channels for two months then the first round of voting will be conducted online. People will choose the candidates they want. The top five candidates who vote publicly online will advance to the next presidential election.
The Third Step of the Presidential Election Process
All five candidates who pass the first round will have to do workshops with their own groups under 5 issues facing the country. They have two weeks to do and they have to do it separately.
These five issues are:
- 1. How to fix the Siam States economy to grow 5% per year.
- 2. How to secure people's lives from crime and disasters.
- 3. How to challenge people's poverty.
- 4. How can you be sure that people understand and love their own culture and country.
- 5. How to deal with health care and public health.
The Fourth Step of the Presidential Election Process
After two weeks of preparatory workshops, the five candidates will debate these five issues, which will be broadcast live on television and all communication channels and after the live broadcast, the recording of the debate will be repeated on Siam States Television Station for another month So people who may have missed the live broadcast or may want to listen to the debate again.
Second Round of Voting
After a month of debate people will vote for their president online and the elected president must elect his/her own vice president and cabinet.
Overview of the Presidential Election Process
An election for president of the Siam States happens every four years on the first Wednesday in August.
Presidential Primaries
Before general election day, every presidential candidate goes through multiple tests. The reason for this is for the only suitable candidate who can become president.
